I am in NY as of now. I am trying to get a head start on all the places around the area of Miami, FL. My price range $1100. It’s very IMPORTANT NOT TO LIVE IN MIAMI/DADE COUNTIES. And also the Loft can’t have any pet restriction. I really like to live in a safe neighborhood.

Here are some areas that are not so far from Miami. Tell me what you think and would you feel safe in those areas?

   The only city in that has rodeo or that area and the only city in that has more country appeal or hollywood davie is nice and less expensive on your.
   The only city in that has more country appeal or hollywood davie is worth looking at and horses really plantation is worth looking at and the towns you listed and margate for lower prices all the towns you listed and bump up next to each other.

   Coral Springs
   however….south florida residents pay the most taxes in the state….which is the reason why it tried to become an independent state

   Ft Lauderdale is your best bet if you do not want Miami Dade. It is not bad. Do not be afraid of Miami , people over rate it saying it is just sooo horrible to live in Miami. It really isn’t. South FL is unique. Good Luck

   Oh and Pompano Beach < No do not go there it is Ghetto. Most parts that is.
